Heather Fraser is CEO of Vuka Innovation Inc.  A seasoned strategist, innovator and educator, she consults internationally on business design initiatives for corporations and public entities. She is also an adjunct professor at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where she co-founded Rotman DesignWorks.
