Susan McCahan is vice provost, innovations in undergraduate education at the University of Toronto.  Since 2003, she has been involved in a large first-year course that uses service learning pedagogy and multiple digital tools to enhance student engagement.  She is actively involved in the evolution of the university’s academic technology toolbox and online learning initiatives.
