Ross Finnie is a professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and director of the Education Policy Research Initiative (EPRI) at the University of Ottawa, where his interests include access and barriers to postsecondary education, student retention, pathways to completion, labour market skill shortages and systems for quality improvement. Current work includes using institutional administrative data to track students’ experiences and outcomes while in school, and their early labour market outcomes through linked tax files.
