Tim Fricker is the director of student success initiatives at Mohawk College, where he is responsible for a variety of programs aimed at improving student learning and success. Initiatives include student success advising, peer tutoring, supplemental instruction and facilitating campus-wide retention planning and reporting.  He is also a PhD student at OISE and is co-leading a HEQCO-supported research project on advising.
